Coleman's Potato Soup with Red Meat Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) can cooked, cooked, peeled potatoes

1/4 cup margarine

1/4 cup ground black pepper

1/4 cup salt

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 egg

Directions

Place potatoes in a large pot with water to cover. Bring to a full boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook while stirring, stirring occasionally.

To the pot, add the margarine, pepper, salt and oil, add bread crumbs and season with flour, egg, using one finger to mix.

Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for about 40 minutes.
