2/3 cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups hot milk
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Heat for about 1 minute, stirring often, until mixture boils slightly.
Pour milk into saucepan. Simmer and stir until mixture thickens, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Let stand until cool. Frost with hot chocolate fudge.
