1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese flavored Jell-O mix
2 cups boiling water
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup cream of cream cheese
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, combine orange flavored gelatin and gelatin mix. Mix until mixture is wet. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Shape mixture into a roll.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place jelly roll in preheated oven, and roast uncovered for 40 minutes.
Layer jelly roll in the bottom of a large jelly roll pan. Decorate with frosting, and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake an additional 25 minutes, until jelly roll is browned.
