1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 (20 ounce) can sliced canned mushrooms
2 cups skim unsweetened cocoa
1 cup heavy whipping cream
In a blender or food processor, combine spinach, lemon juice, and mushrooms. In a shallow bowl combine cocoa, cream cheese, and whipped topping.
Pour spinach mixture into blender without which blender will burst. Blend with freshly whipped cream. Store in refrigerator, 8 hours.
