Swiss Cheese Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

4 slices white bread

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

3 (10 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes with green chile peppers

3 quarts milk

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

Mix bread, parsley, thyme, marjoram, tomatoes and milk into a small bowl. Combine in a slow cooker a mixture called Marinara. Let stand overnight, stirring frequently, until well combined.

Mix the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese into the marinara mixture. Serve over bread.
