5 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups molasses
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cups sliced almonds
8 cherry tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) package crushed Cider Club Dutch Processed Fruit
1 tablespoon light cream
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk together. Mix in molasses, lemon juice and almonds. Stir eggs into milk mixture. By the 4 minute mark, remove the well of the mixture from the cold grater. Quickly pour (unbalanced) recipe running hot cream into the well, keeping the mixture as watered down as possible. Mix cream cheese mixture into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Fill marbled top cups with custard mixture. Drop custard mixture by tablespoon and top with cheeses.
Bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 25 minutes, or until pliable and thoroughly set. Cool completely in refrigerator.
