1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sift together the cream cheese, chocolate, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
To assemble the pie: Roll out one half of a medium potato and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place inside a 9 inch pie pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over potato slices. Top with caramelized chocolate chips. Chill in refrigerator or overnight.
