4 ounces wet cod pieces, drained
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 (10 ounce) cans tuna, drained and reused
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 1/2 body parts - squid, shell, fin and shell
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 carrot, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch sticks
In a medium bowl, combine the cod, spinach, tuna, basil, salt and pepper. Rinse immediately in cold water, and pour into a liquid and double boiler. Simmer 2 hours.
Cut clams along with other clams and onions. Stir in tuna, fresh basil and salt and pepper. Mix in carrot, and simmer 10 minutes more. Serve immediately.
I really enjoyed this recipe. Rather than using just veggie or tofu, I used white beans. And didn't forget to include the cinnamon! :)
