2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt and cornmeal. Stir in eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well, then stir in blueberries. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups, filling about 2/3 full.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
