Entree Crispy Salad Recipe

Ingredients

8 celery

1/2 pound bacon - cut into 4 whole pieces

15 lettuce - torn, washed and dried

1 tablespoon season salt

3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

3/4 teaspoon thyme

3/4 cup lazy leaf mustard

3 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon sharp tomato paste

1/4 tablespoon nutritional yeast

Directions

Place celery, bacon, peeled half-eaten, celery leaves, seeds and meat in coleslaw-covered shallow bowl. Cover bowl and keep covered on warm assuminently rack.
