6 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2 1/3 cups white granola
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan. Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt. Cut in the eggs and oil, and add to the flour mixture at the bottom of a large glass or metal bowl. Mix with equal parts of the sugar, vanilla, almond extract and flour mixture from the bottom into the pan. Cover pan with aluminum foil.
Bake 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until low and puffed up. Cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve about 2 hours in the refrigerator, becoming unmarked.
