1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 tablespoon dried black pepper
1 cup cooked sausage
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 medium carrot, peeled and quartered
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon crushed brown sugar for garnish
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice concentrate
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup white sugar
In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, pepper, sausage, cabbage, onion, carrot, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic powder, salt, brown sugar, brown sugar, crushed brown sugar for garnish; change to water if necessary.
Stir thoroughly to make a smooth spread. Cover and refrigerate or freeze as needed. Repack into large serving bowls and garnish with tomatoes, tomato paste and tomato juice concentrate, parsley, tomato paste, tomato juice concentrate and parsley.
