2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded Califo-Ranch salad greens
1 cup sliced ripe olives
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 (8 ounce) can tomato jam
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and vinegar. Saute until sugar is dissolved. Add Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and orange slice. Stir fry until cheese is melted and well blended with sauce.
Melt the cheddar cheese mixture, stirring occasionally, until well blended with the tomato jam.
