2 cups watermelons
1 cup white sugar
1 (21 ounce) can orange flavored Jell-O: 1 fluid ounce lemon-lime flavored liquid
1 cucumber - peeled and chopped
3 orange segments
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 small lime, garnish
Place watermelons and sugar in large bowl. Cover. Shake vigorously to get them liquefied. Freeze until solid. Carefully remove stems and seeds. Place watermelons in freezer bag to keep them in freezer. Peel very close to the skin. Break fruit into pieces. Place into freezer bag. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Mix lemon-lime gelatin in small bowl. Garnish with lemon-lime slices, garnish with fresh lime segments and serve.
