1 (750 milliliter) bottle red wine
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pecans, divided
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pecans, divided
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a medium bowl, mix the red wine, sugar, butter, flour, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup of the pecans and 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into a 9 inch springform pan. Chill overnight, refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
