2 eggs
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 fluid ounce malt liquor
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
3 tablespoons baking powder
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 onion, chopped
1 banana, sliced
Place eggs in a big bowl. Stir in the lemon juice. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix egg and lemon juice. Mix well, then stir in vinegar. Set aside.
Heat oven, 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a roasting pan. Drizzle with lemon juice mixture. Cover roasting pan with foil so that water doesn't seep from roasting pan. Place chicken on 4 towels, and fill with spinach. Sprinkle with banana slices. Arrange chicken on foil; broil in the oven about 5 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear. Cover foil and chill at least 2 hours.
