1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional)

2 bay leaves

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

In a large pot, combine beef, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, horseradish, bay leaves, Worcestershire sauce and paprika. Cover and simmer over medium heat until beef is tender and onion is tender.

Place two steaks of sausage in the bottom of each jar. Place the bell pepper in the center of the jar. Pour the gravy over the steaks.

Arrange steaks in baby's hands, and pour gravy over steaks.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour. Cover, and chill overnight. Serve steaks hot.

Absolutely fantastic! Quick, easy and delicious. I transformed this into a salad a little earlier in the season because I wanted to stop by the farmers market and pick up ready-made foods rather than buying individually wrapped items. This worked out well. Almost every tomato, carrot, onion and red pepper that I tested was sold and eaten by one of my clients within hours of purchasing it. Not everyone is blessed with this wonderful ability but I am and that is why I use it. You cannot go wrong.
