Easy Chicken Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon butter

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

2 tablespoons minced onion

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

Combine flour, butter, salt and onion in a shallow dish or bowl.

Melt butter in a large bowl, and stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, olive oil, flour, and garlic powder. Mix together and form into a ball. Roll in the bread crumbs. Place skin side up in a large pot.

Add chicken and cover; simmer for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Wonderful! One of the best loaves I have made - everyone in my family loves it and so did I. After reading previous reviews I decided to add 3 teaspoons baking powder instead of just 1. I knew it wouldn�t be comped as much as some reviews recommended, but  desperately needed the indulgent dessert. From now on I plan on only using butter, eggs & milk for dessert. Wish I had more baking powder !!! Thanks chef Patrick!
