3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
12 package white coconut-flavored yogurt blend
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons water
1 cup evaporated milk (optional)
1 1/2 cups white sugar for decoration
Beat butter, sugar and vanilla together in small bowl until butter mixture is creamy. Beat in lemon juice, milk, coconut milk and lemon juice. Stir milk mixture into coconut mixture if desired. Roll out pastry, leaving a 1 inch border. Cut into 12 pieces. Serve warm or cold.
