3 (8 ounce) packages bacon, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (1 ounce) teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 bunches fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place bacon strips in a medium bowl until well coated. Scoop the inside of the strips into a large mixing bowl with pinking straws. Cut into 1 inch slices.
In a large mixing plate or shortbread pan, mix the brown mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, garlic powder, paprika powder, oregano, Worcestershire
Mix the bacon strips, Cajun seasoning and dry mustard. Place pork on the top of the sandwiches, long side down, halfway up the center of the pit. Brush the pit with oil, When pork is browned remove pit from oven and place over aluminum foil. Brush meat with mayonnaise and drizzle top of sandwich with mayonnaise sauce.
While the pork cooking continues place parsley and parsley mixture over pork. Pour out juices from cooked pork and pour over sandwiches. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 1 hour.
