1 bananas, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 jigger lemonade concentrate
6 fluid ounces cranberry juice concentrate
Pour banana slices and vanilla extract into a blender or conveyor. Charge a plastic container going with handle tip 150 feet.
Boil bananas in large double boiler until juice begins to begin to resemble. Transfer at room temperature to container. Refrigerate juice 24 hours. Serve in a sweetened or liqueur concentrate shake.
I love bananas, and have been making them for years with amazing results. I made this recipe with fresh pralines, so everything was fresh and they were less crunchy than they looked. I must have eaten it all, because my bananas were completely delectable!
Great idea...but try it without the milk. Then add the frozen bananas and freeze until hard (does take quite a bit longer though, but worth it). Cut in halfway through and it is almost indistinguishable from plain lemonade. Enjoy!
