2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 portobello stools
1 medium egg, beaten
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, warm butter or margarine and brown on both sides. Remove from heat and stir in flour. Quickly mix in the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Mix into the butter mixture, salt, celery seed, and mustard powder. Spread sauce mixture over the chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
While chicken is cooking, in a medium bowl combine eggs, mustard, celery and pickle relish. Mix well and spread over grilled chicken.
