1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in salt, sour cream and cheese.
Add to the cream cheese mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least the night to allow for further spread.
