1 cup honey syrup
8 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon melted butter or margarine
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In a large glass or metal bowl, mix together the honey, butter and brown sugar. Beat in the lemon zest and vanilla until mixed. Beat in the cinnamon and whipping cream after each addition. Refrigerate until serving.
