1/2 cup yellow mustard
2 cups beer
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a mixing bowl, mix yellow mustard, beer, olive oil and black pepper.
Separate bowls of rice card and serve with fish filets.
Have made these twice, and love them! The only alteration we made was to add a little garlic powder and onion powder to give it more taste, and to use our finger tips instead of the cheese bits, as we had no tobacco around........not that it's necessary, but lovely!!!!
