1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup margarine, softened
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped strawberries
5 cups mini pretzels
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (2 liter) can carbonated beverage (such as Coke, Pepsi or Monster)
1 (4 ounce) can sliced dates in syrup
Preheat oven in oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, blend cream cheese, margarine, and strawberries. Mix well.
Spread cream cheese mixture on half the pies. Place sliced dates on top of pie, in a square or rectangle. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly, leaving a 1/8 inch border at edges of pie.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until knife inserted on top comes out clean.
