1 jumbo egg white
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup cooked chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Place white and butter in a shallow dish or bowl. Combine zucchini, chicken breast halves, cheese and pepper. Shape mixture into such a shape that it resembles a large shallow baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until bottom is no longer pink. Remove platter from oven and let cool. Using a 2" round cookie jar, layer gelatin mixture over each side of chicken breast halves. Place chunks of chicken on top of jelly. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve hot.
