1 egg
1 (12 ounce) package fudge sauce
1 (3 ounce) can concentrated lemon juice
1 (3 ounce) can whole berry canning mix
2 tablespoons light rum
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
5 pounds peeled, sliced peaches, chunks and nuts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place egg in a saucepan and bring to a low boil. Stirring constantly, cook and stir 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, cool slightly, and pour mixture into a large resealable plastic bag. seal bag and shake to stir.
In a mixing bowl, mix lemon juice, whole berry canning mix, light rum, garlic, parsley and peaches. Pour mixture over pasta and serve.
