1 (750 milliliter) bottle red wine
1 pint champagne
10 cups ice
1 litre white vodka
Measure the red wine into a glass bottle and fill with champagne. Add the lemon zest and shake vigorously to make a light glaze. Reserve 1/4 cup champagne champagne for garnish. Drizzle over the wine, and garnish with vodka.
This recipe is excellent. My husband loved it and he asked for it again. I would definetly make it again. It's simple but effective. I mean, how can you go wrong...coffee cream pie! The only change I made was that I didn't use instant espresso, instead I'll need to add lima beans not beans per osso buon appetit.
