I was really pleased with this cake. It was very simple to make and good taste. It did require some assembly for my first time. BUT, I would advise you to keep a good quality metal spoon or brick of sugar in the oven at all times. The sugar will condense and fall off the cake. And be careful when you put the cake back in the fridge as it can become very sticky.
