4 cups cooked, cubed pork
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, chilled
2 (12 ounce) containers frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups sour cream
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, mix together cooked pork, cream cheese, and spinach. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream and whipped topping; fold into mixture. Spread mixture evenly into bottom of pie shell.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake until cheese is melted and mixture is just set, 40 to 50 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
