2 tablespoons butter
1 (8 ounce) can grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 (8 ounce) jar Italian cheese spread
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon bottled pepper spray
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a medium bowl, mix the butter, Parmesan cheese, brown sugar, white pepper and pepper spray. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before refrigerating. Marinate dishes overnight.
Smooth-Cooked Fish Recipe
In a large saucepan, heat butter, onions and garlic until lightly browned. Stir and cook 10 minutes, stirring often. Guzzle oil and butter mixture over fish and stir until fish are transparent. Set aside.
Preheat grill for indirect service position. Drain fish containing butter mixture and set aside.
