2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
5 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, combine melted butter, flour, sugar, milk, vanilla and pecans. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly, or until syrup thickens enough to form a ball. (Note: Do not allow to boil.) Remove from heat.
Pour mixture into pie crust. Bring to a boil; boil 35 minutes, stirring continuously. Chill before serving.
