1 pound lean ground beef
2 (16 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons dried minced parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 tablespoon dried lavender
1 1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the tomato sauce, corn, tomato sauce, garlic, onion, parsley, oregano, basil, red pepper, thyme, marjoram, cornstarch, water and tomato mixture. Mix until well combined.
Transfer carcass to a 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning once.
