In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Italian processed cheese, and horseradish. Melt cheese mixture in microwave in 10 to 15 second increments over medium heat until melted. Mix horseradish into cream cheese mixture and stir just until blended. Transfer into 4 to 6 shallow bowls and dip into the cheese mixture.
Place on separate plates. Drizzle with lemon juice (optional) and dip in the rice vinegar coating if desired.
