1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped onion
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms, drained and liquid reserved
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Remove foil from pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cream cheese, onion, garlic, mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, basil and rosemary. Mix until well combined. Spread over bottom of pastry bag.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbles start to appear in center of the pan. Serve immediately.
