1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
1 cup sliced almonds
Using an electric mixer, beat the sugar and oil in large bowl until very light and fluffy. Beat in the pudding mix and eggs one at a time. Mix until well blended and pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes then reduce temperature to 325 degrees F (121 degrees C). Bake an additional 5 minutes.
When pie is cool, carefully slice into 1/4 inch slices. Serve warm or cold. Cool completely before cutting into slices.
