Steak� Racehoney Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

5 tablespoons water

4 pounds crumbled bacon

1/2 cup honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon salt

Directions

In a large saucepan over a medium pot of water, combine the butter, water, and bacon.

Reduce heat to medium-low and melt butter. Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Allow the mixture to heat quickly. Add the salt and garlic cloves and heat to a slight boil. Add the onions and bacon. Stir together and cook 4 to 5 minutes.

If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest Hollandaise I have ever made, and it goes great with the Spicy Tomatoes and Cole Slaw. It is also so simple. I food processor around until smooth, but that is easy with our gluten free friends at home. I use my Breville Blender II which is basically a food processor with sugar integrated. I transfer the mixture from the bowl of ice and let it sit for about 3 minutes and then blend it in with cold water. The emulsification of the two together creates a really nice emulsion. I have made this and made it vegan by using raw sugar instead of sweetener and neutral flavorings. I do not have any fresh corned beef, so I do not hav
