1 (16 ounce) can salmon, drained
1 (3 ounce) can green beans
1 (1.5 ounce) envelope frozen mixed vegetables
1 (1 ounce) envelope frozen mixed cream of mushroom soup mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Lightly grease a 9x13'' baking dish. Place salmon in prepared pan. Pour green beans over salmon. In the top of a double boiler over medium-low heat, stir together mixed vegetables and mushroom soup mix. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Slice about 1/4 inch thick slices of salmon. Cut toward large corner. Drizzle with sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
