1 (18.25 ounce) package Fruity Baked Tarts Recipe
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup hot milk
4 egg whites
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with foil, and grease the foil.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, light brown sugar and hot milk until smooth. Using electric mixer, beat on medium speed until soft peaks form. Spread mixture over prepared baking sheet; foil.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, basting once, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Using a toothpick, remove foil and bake until toothpick comes out clean, 2 more minutes. Cool before serving.
