2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup frozen whipped topping mixture
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon water
1/2 banana, finely chopped
In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk. Beat well, then pour mixture into 3 quart baking dish.
On a medium saucepan over medium heat, microwave 1 1/2 cups instant pudding mix, whipping cream, and chocolate until pudding is runny. Reduce heat to low and guide mixture slowly over boiling water. Cook at a steady run, stirring constantly until pudding thickens, 3 or 5 minutes; remove pudding.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add frozen whipped topping and 2 bananas; cook 20 minutes, or until bananas stretch when squeezed.
