Donna's Bay Steak Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 pounds steak

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried Italian-style seasoning

1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary

1/8 teaspoon dried sage

1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram

1/8 teaspoon dried parsley

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add steak and brown well on all sides. Remove from pan and place in a separate large bowl.

Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, oregano, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, basil, Italian-style seasoning, rosemary, sage, marjoram and parsley. Mix together.

Dust steak with vegetable oil mixture. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until steak is easily flaked with spoon.

Good flavor. I used the rum as a glaze. I didn't have any maple syrup. I think I'd use maple Syrup instead. I'd also add rum raisins. I'd probably omit the cinnamon and cloves since I'm not a fan of them. I'd also add rum nutmeg. I loved the fruity taste. Would make again.
