1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 slices marshmallow creme
1 (15 ounce) package cream cheese
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, melt butter, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well, cover and refrigerate about 7 hours, stirring occasionally.
Grease and flour three 9- inch square baking pans.
In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and lemon juice.
Spread cream cheese mixture over icing. Drizzle lemon juice over marshmallow creme batter. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture over cream cheese mixture. Drizzle lemon juice over peach filling.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until an inserted toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool slightly before filling. Garnish with chopped peaches.
