1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a large bowl, whisk the Worcestershire sauce, Worcestershire sauce and sugar until smooth. Mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg. Pour all mixture into a large pan. Place over a high heat and bring to a boil. Boil 8 to 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, reduce heat to 235 degrees F (120 degrees C) and stir in butter, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
