4 pounds pork loin
1 drops red wine vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon table salt
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 lemons, cut into small slices
salt and pepper to taste
Place the pork loin in a large cooler pot and remove the liquid from the pan. Place the pork over medium heat, melt the butter, and pour that over everything. Mix together sugar, wine vinegar and white vinegar, add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and cook well before adding sugar emulsified butter.
