American Egg Roll Recipe

Ingredients

2 (15 ounce) cans egg noodles

4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons tamarind fruit extract

1 red onion, thinly sliced

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until al dente; drain.

Wash hands; drain water from noodles. Place in large bowl. Stir egg noodles, soy sauce and tamarind fruit extract into noodles along with vegetable oil.

Combine well and place noodles into bowl; cook for 3 minutes.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I like green beans anyway, but it's nice to see how someone else prepares them. I used the whole young beans and real butter, but eliminated the lemon juice. As always with green beans, it's important to let the liquid cook away, otherwise the flavor will be weak and it will be difficult to get flavor in.
