2 (15 ounce) cans egg noodles
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons tamarind fruit extract
1 red onion, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
Wash hands; drain water from noodles. Place in large bowl. Stir egg noodles, soy sauce and tamarind fruit extract into noodles along with vegetable oil.
Combine well and place noodles into bowl; cook for 3 minutes.
