1 (16 ounce) jar black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (16 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
1 (15.75 ounce) can yellow squash
1 cup egg noodles
1 pound Swiss cheese, shredded
In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, squash, egg noodles and cheese. Shape into a spiral. Cover and chill the spiral for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly oil a large baking sheet.
Bake the spiral in the preheated oven 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
