1 teaspoon white sugar
1 chicken breast
1 clove garlic, seeded and minced
1 (3 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 2/3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 green onion, thinly sliced
In a medium bowl, mix the sugar and chicken. Place the garlic and tomato sauce in a separate bowl. Stir thoroughly, tossing well.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir the chicken breast into the oil mixture; remove from skillet and place in the pan. Sprinkle with the paprika and salt. Spread with the tomato sauce mixture, and season with salt and paprika before serving.
These were ok. I might try using my electric co user's toothbrush next time but these were the same flavor as the original recipe. Nothing special about the cookie crust or design. Just not my type.
