1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup cold water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (28 ounce) can marshmallow creme
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pudding mix until smooth. Mix in cinnamon and sugar. Pour mixture into six ice cream glasses and freeze until firm.
To assemble ice cream, place one set of fingers on the center of each ice cream and spread an even layer of cream cheese on each finger. Frost with marshmallow creme and massage ice cream around edges to secure.
