Eggs in a Mug Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package egg whites

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 cup boiling water

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In a large glass of ice cream, pour boiling water over yolks and sprinkle with sugar. Place in microwave bag, but do not microwave. Pour into microwave container and shake to coat. Cover and chill until set.

In a large bowl, mix eggs, white sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

Beat egg yolks until foamy. Beat in boiling water. Beat in cornstarch mixture and milk.

Microwave on high heat about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until yolks are bubbly. Pour egg yolk mixture over yolk mixture and stir until combined. Serve immediately.
